Step into our vibrant distillery and immerse yourself in the laid-back Caribbean lifestyle. Nestled within one of Grenada’s finest beachfront resorts, our solar-powered distillery is the perfect place to escape, and sip on some boutique batch gin.
Our attention to detail is evident in every step of the process, from configuring boxes to labeling each bottle. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit us and see our incredible hand-painted mural by the talented Paige Simianer.
The Still
Our still may be small, but she’s mighty. At only 250L (66 Gal), she’s the perfect boutique batch maker.
We run our still on an “as needed” basis, and lately, that’s been a lot! Every bottle of Blue Light Caribbean Gin is carefully crafted using our still, ensuring that each sip is an authentic taste of the Caribbean.
The Distiller
Meet Jim, the brains behind our award-winning gin. Jim’s love for distillation and the vibrant spices and flavors of the Caribbean has led to a gin recipe that is changing the face of gin in the region. We don’t refer to him as the “master distiller,” he’s just Jim. And we’re sure you’ll agree that his gin is amazing, even if you’re not typically a gin drinker.
