The Ginito

The classic Mojito is a favourite in The Caribbean for its light & refreshing taste. The addition of The Caribbean Gin adds a new level of depth to the drink with real island spices and botanicals in the flavour profile. 

It’s an crowd pleasing cocktail that can be varied easily to people’s own preference (add sugar syrup to sweeten or more lime for tang).

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Oz. Caribbean Gin 
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Lime Juice 
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • Club Soda 

Method

  • Muddle mint, lime, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker

  • Add gin and ice, and shake well. 

  • Pour into a tall glass, and top with club soda

  • Garnish with some mint and a lime wedge
