The Cabroni (Caribbean Negroni)

The Negroni cocktail is a favourite with bartenders around the world. And in every corner of the globe there’s been unique takes on this classic.

It’s therefore no wonder that The Caribbean version has its own twist. With Caribbean Gin to add new flavours into the mix, we’ve also added a splash of spiced rum and halved the traditional sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Caribbean Gin 
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth 
  • 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum

Method

  • Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice

  • Stir until chilled. 

  • Pour into serving glass with a single (large) block of ice

  • Garnish and lightly rim the glass with orange peel
