Festive Fizz

If you want the creamy finish of an egg white cocktail without the egg. Here is a great vegan option using Aquafaba (chickpea water). 

This cocktail is a little sweet, a little spicy, a little creamy and a whole lot of delicious. It is the creation made by Rose (also know as Radical Rose on Instagram) 

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Caribbean Gin 
  • 1.5 oz. Sorrel Syrup
  • 0.5oz. Aquafaba
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Ginger

Method

  1. Muddle fresh ginger in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ingredients into shaker and shake well
  3. Pour into martini glass with strainer
  4. Garnish with anise seed
