Caribbean Gin Cocktail

The Blue Lit Creamsicle

Rachael came up with this tropical cocktail in our distillery. She had just won the Flavours of Grenada cocktail competition and was winging it with tropical vibes. 

It’s creamy & tropical with a pretty blue top.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz. Caribbean Gin 
  • 2 oz. Coconut Cream
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice 

Method

  • Add ingredients to cocktail shaker

  • Add ice, and shake well. 

  • Pour into a tall glass, and top with Blue Ocean Gin for colour 

  • Garnish with flower and orange wheel
