If you want the creamy finish of an egg white cocktail without the egg. Here is a great vegan option using Aquafaba (chickpea water).
This cocktail is a little sweet, a little spicy, a little creamy and a whole lot of delicious. It is the creation made by Rose (also know as Radical Rose on Instagram)
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Caribbean Gin
- 1.5 oz. Sorrel Syrup
- 0.5oz. Aquafaba
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Ginger
Method
- Muddle fresh ginger in a cocktail shaker
- Add ingredients into shaker and shake well
- Pour into martini glass with strainer
- Garnish with anise seed
