Caribbean Gin Cocktail
Singapore Sling
Originating at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, this cocktail has an interesting backstory (as described by Devin in the video).
While there have been many variations of the recipe, this is said to be the closest one to the original (with the addition of Caribbean Gin instead of the class London Dry).
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Caribbean Gin
- 1/2 oz. B&B
- 1/2 oz. Grand Mariner
- 1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
- 1/2oz. Lime Juice
- 1oz. Pineapple Juice
- Angostura Bitters
- Splash of Soda
Method

Add ingredients (minus soda water and bitters) to a cocktail shakers

Shake well over ice.

Pour into a tall glass, and top with club soda and splash of bitters

Garnish with lime slice
