We love collecting our ingredients. The Caribbean Islands are full of flavour. The freshest fruits and spices grow on the lush, green hills and we make good use of them.
Citrus Peels, Cinnamon, Cacao, Cardamom, Nutmeg and more. There’s a total of fifteen botanicals that go into our gin.
Come and check out the distillery. We have made a "sniff station", where guests can experience the real smells and tastes of our local based ingredients. Pick them up, breathe them in. We will tell you where each one comes from.
